Electronic Seikilos is a non profit social action to bring children closer to electronic sound and to broaden their horizons.

Electronic Seikilos is a non profit social action to bring children closer to electronic sound and to broaden their horizons. We believe that Electronic Seikilos will become an inspiration to push the children towards to music production. They will learn through music, love, teamwork, effort and concentration that they can succeed as people in all fields. The artists participating in Electronic Seikilos are characterized by some basic principles that represent the project itself. They have as a common element love, which is the foundation stone of every action.

Through Electronic Seikilos Open Seminars, children will come into composition and production of electronic music, using synthesizer, drum machines, controllers and PC. They will learn and experiment with artists who will share experiences and knowledge with them. Music is an open channel that can bring us to the core of human existence.

Whether as listeners or as composers, our absolute concentration will bring us into contact with our higher self, operating therapeutically. Mihalis Meimaroglou, the initiator of Electronic Seikilos, co-ordinates and carries out the action. Electronic Seikilos will travel to various regions across Greece.

Participation will be free of charge but seat booking is required.

Ανοιχτά Σεμινάρια για παιδιά 5 - 16 ετών.

Το Electronic Seikilos είναι μια προσπάθεια να έρθουν τα παιδιά πιο κοντά στον ηλεκτρονικό ήχο και να διευρύνουν τους ορίζοντές τους. Θέλουμε να αποτελέσει πηγή έμπνευσης και να ωθήσει τα παιδιά προς την μουσική. Να γνωρίσουν ότι μέσα από την δημιουργικότητα, την αγάπη, την ομαδικότητα, την προσπάθεια και την συγκέντρωση μπορούν να πετύχουν σαν άνθρωποι σε όλους τους τομείς.

Μέσα από τα ανοιχτά σεμινάρια του Electronic Seikilos τα παιδιά θα έρθουν σε μια πρώτη επαφή με την σύνθεση και παραγωγή ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής, κάνοντας χρήση synthesizer, drum machines, controllers και ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή. Θα γνωρίσουν και θα πειραματιστούν με καλλιτέχνες οι οποίοι θα μοιραστούν μαζί τους εμπειρίες και γνώσεις. Η μουσική είναι ένα μέσο που μπορεί να μας μεταφέρει στον πυρήνα της ανθρώπινης ύπαρξης.

Οι καλλιτέχνες που συμμετέχουν στο Electronic Seikilos χαρακτηρίζονται από κάποιες βασικές αρχές οι οποίες αντιπροσωπεύουν το ίδιο το έργο. Έχουν σαν κοινό στοιχείο την αγάπη για αυτό που κάνουν, η οποία αποτελεί το θεμέλιο λίθο κάθε δράσης.

Είτε σαν ακροατές, είτε σαν συνθέτες, η απόλυτη συγκέντρωση μας , θα μας φέρει σε επαφή με τον εαυτό μας, λειτουργώντας θεραπευτικά.

Επιμελείται και συντονίζει την δράση ο Μιχάλης Μεϊμάρογλου, εμπνευστής του Electronic Seikilos. Η δράση θα ταξιδέψει σε διάφορες περιοχές ανά την Ελλάδα.

Η συμμετοχή θα είναι δωρεάν, αλλά υποχρεωτική η κράτηση θέσης.
