Reborn is an art & music festival taking place on Lemnos island since July of 2013. It is a spontaneous action purposing to be a renewal institution being established as an alternative suggestion of expression and entertainment through musical & cultural activities.

Reborn is an art & music festival taking place on Lemnos island since July of 2013.

It is a spontaneous action purposing to be a renewal institution being established as an alternative suggestion of expression and entertainment through musical & cultural activities. Besides reborn means renaissance, and renaissance presupposes change.

It aims at it is established as a alternative proposal of expression and entertainment via recognisable artists, local musical forms, action and more generally via the total philosophy that it possesses concept and it constitutes stimulus of social sensitization.

Hephestus' island also known for it's tense winds, the Europe's only desert ''Ammothines'' and the great beaches welcomes the fourth in a row edition of Reborn festival on August 12 & 13.

This year, the festival will take place at one of the most wonderfull open-air locations on the island, Akrotiri beach. It is only 5 minutes away from Moudros village and 30 km distance from the island's capital, Myrina. Akrotiri beach combines rock, sea, sand, trees and a great view over Moudros gulf synthesizing a great atmosphere for electronic music beats in the middle of the summer.

Remaining devoted on electronic music, Reborn will continue presenting some of the most appreciated artists of the Greek -and not only- dance scene , giving in parallel the step to the local artists to present their work to the Lemnians and visitors.

This sumer the festival will launch it's second stage with alternative genres fleshing the music range without straying of its main philosofy and vision in music culture.. Onto these two stages Reborn will present over than 25 artists of the local, the Greek and the international scene ranging from House, Progressive & Techno to Dub, Breakbeat & Chillout.

Lemnos is connected by ferry boat [Hellenic Seaways] with Kavala (North Greece), Lavrion (Attiki) and islands like Lesvos, Chios, Mykonos & more. It is also connected by plane with Thessaloniki (North Greece) [Astra Airlines], Athens [Attiki] and islands [Sky Express] like Crete, Rhodes, Lesvos, Chios and Samos.

► CAMPING

For the fans, there is an area for free camping available. We suggest you a wonderfull shadowy place full of pine trees only 5 metres from the sea, at Megalo Fanaraki beach. The area is only 400 metres away from the festival (4' by walking, 1' by car or scooter) and 4 km away from Moudros village.
Nearby the camping area you can find 2 organized beach bars on 2 wonderfull beaches (Mikro & Megalo Fanaraki) and a nice restaraunt!

This is not an organized area. It is an unofficial area where you can do free camping, and the organizer do not have any responsibility about your staying there! We also have to please you to keep the place clean and respect the other campers!
