Reworks adds Matthew Herbert, Redshape, Francois X, Kangding Ray, Bjarki, Inga Mauer, Guy Andrews, Kerala Dust, Charlotte Bendiks, Viken Arman, Volkova, Paul Anthonee and Hill Of Vision in the program. Soon more names will be announced.

Tireless innovative, sampling wizard, trained pianist, producer and writer, Matthew Herbert is one of the most versatile and prolific artists of our time. It has a wide range of innovative projects ranging from numerous albums to music for movies, theater, television and radio. One of the most important geniuses of recent decades is added to the lineup of Reworks.
The Berliner Redshape first appeared in 2006 and from the very first he developed his own perspective on modern dance music and to date has left his own mark on techno. In his live appearances we witness his unique sound aesthetics, full of energy and always unpredictable, as a result of a pure musical improvisation.

Francois X has established himself as a protagonist in the Paris underground scene. The irresistible techno blend that has been portrayed in his productions over the last decade makes him deserving of being one of France's leading representatives of techno. Exploring the converging points between techno and experimentation requires a rich musical background and high aesthetics.
Kangding Ray is one of the few artists who so successfully explore these points, with tireless exploration of sounds, motifs, and a masterful blend of atmospheric sounds with slowly evolving rhythms.

Bjarki is one of the most fascinating names that emerged in techno in recent years. He maintained a low profile for productions until his releases in Nina Kraviz, Trip. His music with clear influences from Aphex Twin is full of inventions, and surprises full of energy. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest revelations of recent years.
Comes from Ag. Petersburg, and has managed to grab the scene's attention. Inga Mauer's music is magical, a seductive blend of atmospheres and dark emotions that flirt with a wide range of sounds from industrial techno to new wave.

Kerala Dust is able to bridge electronic music with the traditional way of writing music. The London Trio has managed to become a talk of the town with sleeping melodies that instantly earns even the most discerning listener. Nicolas Jaar's lovers will surely find their new favorite figure.
Viken Arman is an artist who is pushing the boundaries of electronic music, both in the future and in the past. Electronic beats are blended with ancient melodies. His music is enriched with ethnic influences by revealing the passionate explorer he's hiding inside.

In the sets of Charlotte Bendiks, classic house, disco, African groove, and Latin listening combine to an irresistible mix. Reworks is welcoming from Tromsø, Norway, one of the country's greatest artists, who knows how to fill dancefloor with irresistible vibes and sets rich in sounds. Guy Andrews is a London based producer, known for creating electronic music with a host of influences from post-rock, techno, ambient and afrobeat. His productions have won recognition of big names such as Massive Attack, Scuba and Anne Hobbs. With releases in Erased Tapes to Houndstooth, Andrews promises a lot.

True to the presentation of the Greek scene, Reworks adds three more names, presenting Volkova, a passionate techno representative, Paul Anthonee, established dj and producer with a number of releases on big labels such as Suara, Lapsus etc. Hill Of Vision manages to coincide the listener with a perfect balance between music for the mind and music for festivals. This two-way trip is expected this year at Reworks, while exploring a deeper side of techno.

Το Reworks προσθέτει στο line up του Σεπτεμβρίου, τους Matthew Herbert, Redshape, Francois X, Kangding Ray, Bjarki, Inga Mauer, Guy Andrews, Kerala Dust, Charlotte Bendiks, Viken Arman, Volkova, Paul Anthonee και Hill Of Vision στο πρόγραμμα του. Σύντομα θα ανακοινωθούν περισσότερα ονόματα.

Ακούραστος καινοτόμος, μάγος του sampling, εκπαιδευμένος πιανίστας, παραγωγός και συγγραφέας, ο Matthew Herbert είναι από τους πιο ευπροσάρμοστους και γόνιμους καλλιτέχνες της εποχής μας. Διαθέτει ένα ευρύ φάσμα καινοτόμων έργων που εκτείνεται από πολυάριθμα άλμπουμ μέχρι μουσική για ταινίες, θέατρο, τηλεόραση και ραδιόφωνο. Μια από τις σημαντικότερες ιδιοφυΐες των τελευταίων δεκαετιών προστίθεται στο line up του Reworks.

Ο Βερολινέζος Redshape εμφανίστηκε για πρώτη φορά το 2006 και από την πρώτη στιγμή ανέπτυξε την δική του οπτική πάνω στη μοντέρνα dance μουσική και έως σήμερα έχει αφήσει το δικό του στίγμα στην techno. Στις live εμφανίσεις του γινόμαστε μάρτυρες της μοναδικής ηχητικής αισθητικής του, γεμάτες ενέργεια και πάντα απρόβλεπτες, ως αποτέλεσμα ενός αγνού μουσικού αυτοσχεδιασμού.

Ο Francois X, έχει εδραιωθεί ως μια πρωταγωνιστική φυσιογνωμία στην underground σκηνή του Παρισιού. Το ακαταμάχητο μείγμα techno που αποτυπώνεται στις παραγωγές του την τελευταία δεκαετία, τον καθιστά επάξια ως έναν από τους κορυφαίους εκπροσώπους της Γαλλίας από τον χώρο της techno.

Η εξερεύνηση στα συγκλίνοντα σημεία ανάμεσα στην techno και τον πειραματισμό απαιτεί πλούσιο μουσικό υπόβαθρο και υψηλή αισθητική.
Ο Kangding Ray είναι ένας από τους ελάχιστους καλλιτέχνες που εξερευνούν με τόση επιτυχία αυτά τα σημεία, με ακούραστη εξερεύνηση σε ήχους, μοτίβα και ένα αριστοτεχνικό πάντρεμα ατμοσφαιρικών ηχοτοπίων με αργά εξελισσόμενους ρυθμούς.

Ο Bjarki φιγουράρει ανάμεσα στα πιο συναρπαστικά ονόματα που αναδείχτηκαν τα τελευταία χρόνια στον χώρο της techno. Ο ίδιος διατηρούσε χαμηλό προφίλ όσον αφορά τις παραγωγές μέχρι τις κυκλοφορίες του στην δισκογραφική τηςNina Kraviz, Trip. Η μουσική του με σαφείς επιρροές από Αphex Twin είναι γεμάτη επινοήσεις, και εκπλήξεις γεμάτη ενέργεια. Αναμφισβήτητα, μια από τις μεγαλύτερες αποκαλύψεις των τελευταίων ετών.

Έρχεται από την Αγ. Πετρούπολη της Ρωσίας κι έχει καταφέρει να τραβήξει την προσοχή της σκηνής. Η μουσική της Inga Mauer είναι μαγική, ένα σαγηνευτικό μείγμα ατμοσφαιρών και σκοτεινών συναισθημάτων που φλερτάρουν με ένα ευρύ φάσμα ήχων από industrial techno μέχρι new wave.

Οι Kerala Dust καταφέρνουν να γεφυρώσουν την ηλεκτρονική μουσική με τον παραδοσιακό τρόπο γραφής μουσικής. Το Λονδρέζικο τρίο έχει καταφέρει να γίνει talk of the town με υπνωτικές μελωδίες που κερδίζουν αμέσως και τον πιο απαιτητικό ακροατή. Οι λάτρεις του Nicolas Jaar θα βρουν σίγουρα το νέο αγαπημένο τους σχήμα.

Ο Viken Arman είναι ένας καλλιτέχνης που πιέζει τα όρια της ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής, τόσο προς το μέλλον, όσο και στο παρελθόν. Ηλεκτρονικά beats αναμειγνύονται με αρχαίες μελωδίες. Η μουσική του είναι εμπλουτισμένη με ethnic επιρροές αποκαλύπτοντας τον παθιασμένο εξερευνητή που κρύβει μέσα του.

Στα sets της Charlotte Bendiks, classic house, disco, African groove, και Latin ακούσματα συνδυάζονται σε ένα ακαταμάχητο μείγμα. Το Reworks, υποδέχεται από το Tromsø της Νορβηγίας μια από τις σημαντικότερες καλλιτέχνιδες της χώρας, που γνωρίζει πολύ καλά πώς να γεμίζει το dancefloor με ακαταμάχητα vibes και sets πλούσια σε ήχους.

Ο Guy Andrews είναι παραγωγός με βάση το Λονδίνο, γνωστός για τη δημιουργία ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής με μια σειρά από επιρροές από post-rock, techno, ambient και afrobeat. Οι παραγωγές του έχουν κερδσει την αναγνώριση μεγάλων ονομάτων όπως Massive Attack, Scuba και Anne Hobbs. Με κυκλοφορίες στηνErased Tapes μέχρι την Houndstooth, o Andrews υπόσχεται πολλά.

Πιστό στην παρουσίαση της ελληνικής σκηνής, το Reworks προσθέτει τρία ακόμη ονόματα, παρουσιάζοντας την Volkova, παθιασμένη εκπρόσωπο της techno, τον Paul Anthonee, καθιερωμένο dj και παραγωγό με πληθώρα κυκλοφοριών σε μεγάλα labels όπως Suara, Lapsus κτλ. Ο Hill Of Vision καταφέρνει να συνεπάρει τον ακροατή με μια τέλεια ισορροπία ανάμεσα σε μουσική για το μυαλό και μουσική για φεστιβάλ. Αυτό το ταξίδι δυο κατευθύνσεων αναμένουμε φέτος στο Reworks, εξερευνώντας παράλληλα μια βαθύτερη πλευρά της techno.
