2016 Australian Independent Music Awards DJ/Producer of the Year, Sydney’s OLSEN, has a distinct sound which is a blend of percussive grooves and sub-bass lines, mixing his love of funk and house music.

After recently celebrating an ARIA Club Chart Top 10 single, and signing a track to Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records, his tunes have been played on radio shows of some of the worlds biggest House DJs including Oliver Heldens, Watermät, Mark Knight, The Magician, and Kissy Sell Out (BBC1 Radio). In 2017, Olsen has also taken out the no.1 spot twice on the weekly Kiss FM Top 10 charts, and was featured a guest mix on Pioneer DJ Radio.

His recent “Thunder Funk” release caught the attention of Mark Knight and was featured on Toolroom compilation CDs Underground Miami 2017, Poolside Miami 2017, and Deep House 2017.

With DJ sets around the world including The Playboy Mansion, Pacha, and Defected Parties, his love of writing and performing music goes hand in hand.
